China Railway Construction Corporation (International) Limited (CRCCI) was established in September 2012 and is headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing. A wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC), CRCCI has a registered capital of RMB 3.0125 billion.

For over a decade, CRCCI has aligned itself with China’s national Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) by implementing key strategies such as the Going Global strategy, enhancing global connectivity, and promoting international production capacity cooperation. In line with CRCC’s strategy to prioritize overseas business, CRCCI has been dedicated to expanding its international presence, now operating in more than 50 countries across the Asia-Pacific, Eurasia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Following a strategy of building core markets and expanding outward, CRCCI has focused on key regions, including Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar,  Chile, Hong Kong, and the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago). By integrating global resources and concentrating its operational efforts, CRCCI has successfully completed several landmark projects. These include Lusail Stadium, the main venue for the Qatar World Cup; the Algeria Bejaia Highway ; Saudi Arabia’s Mecca Light Rail Pilgrimage Operations (Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro line); Four Seasons Hotels in Malaysia; the Talca-Chillán Segment of Chile Route 5; the Rurrenabaque–Riberalta Highway in Bolivia; and the Arima General Hospital in Trinidad and Tobago. These projects have set numerous industry and global benchmarks, establishing CRCCI as a key participant in the joint construction of the BRI.
